How we Started

From lush summer lawns to winter snow removal, we provide tailored solutions to keep your property looking its best year-round.

1983 A YEAR OF BEGINNINGS.

Turf Pro Landscaping was born! The birth place was London, Ontario. London is nestled in the agricultural community of southern Ontario. Even though London has been growing exponentially, it is still known as a big city that has a “small town” feel. This is home and we love it!

People used to maintain their own properties. If you owned a home or business, you looked after the yard yourself. But things shifted. More people began hiring help, and the rise of condos created big demand for maintenance services. Now, residents could enjoy clean, trimmed spaces without doing the work.

A GROWING BUSINESS

Turf Pro started as a grounds maintenance company serving London and area. We offered lawn cutting, gardening, and weed control. Over time, snow plowing and de-icing were added so we could serve clients year-round. Today, we continue to provide reliable maintenance for condos, homes, and businesses.

Expansion.

Turf Pro has expanded its services to include landscape design, grading, sodding, mulching and installation of retaining walls, interlocking brick patios and walks, fence and deck projects and other services that complete landscape projects.

FAMILY OWNED.

Turf Pro began as a family business, owned and operated by Kevin and Susan Marshall. Today, their son Ryan leads the company with the same values, overseeing both the maintenance and landscape construction teams—each committed to excellent service.

In recent years, Ryan has expanded the reach of Turf Pro. We now service the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge & Guelph area. Multiple crews are available to serve you!

TurfPro is proudly in its second generation of family ownership. Kevin and Susan purchased the company in the late ’80s, and their son Ryan has been part of it since he was young, starting as a laborer. Ryan and his father worked side by side for many years until Ryan took over ownership in 2024, continuing TurfPro’s commitment to exceptional service, integrity, and staff development while bringing fresh ideas to support its growth. Kevin remains involved today as a senior advisor, helping guide the company’s continued success.
